These Terms apply to your use of Quiz Valley, a real-time quiz game where up to 8 players can join a game room and compete by answering questions.

Using the Game

You may use Quiz Valley for personal, fair, and lawful gameplay. You are responsible for the username and email address you provide and for activity that happens through your account or session.

Accounts and Usernames

Please provide accurate account information. Usernames must not impersonate others, contain harmful or offensive content, or be used to harass other players.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from the Settings menu inside the game. After you request deletion, your account and related personal information will be scheduled for secure deletion. Unless you log in again within 3 business days, your information will be securely deleted after that period. If you log in again during this waiting period, the deletion request may be cancelled and your account may remain active.

Gameplay Rules

Players must not cheat, exploit bugs, disrupt rooms, manipulate WebSocket connections, use automation to gain an unfair advantage, or interfere with other players' experience.

Real-Time Service

The game depends on internet connectivity and real-time WebSocket communication. Lag, disconnections, browser issues, or server interruptions may affect questions, timers, answers, scores, and results.

Availability

We try to keep Quiz Valley available and working well, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or browser.

Content and Questions

Quiz questions and game content are provided for entertainment and learning. We may update, correct, remove, or change content at any time.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using Quiz Valley, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Suspension or Removal

We may restrict, suspend, or remove access if a player breaks these Terms, abuses the service, harms other users, or creates security or operational risks.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Quiz Valley after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
